Founder | Director | Producer
Aldam, founder of Big Idea Films Pvt. Ltd., is a filmmaker and creative director known for his instinctive storytelling and sharp visual sensibility. Since beginning his journey in 1994, he has built a diverse body of work that cuts across scale, language, and format.
He has produced and directed content for 18 major television networks, in 8 languages, across 10 countries, placing him among a rare group of Indian media professionals to have worked seamlessly across television, advertising, branded content, live events, award shows, documentaries, reality formats, and original IPs.
His leadership journey includes senior roles with CBN, Star TV Network, Zee TV Network, Sony, Netflix, and Sun TV Network, where he served as Network Head, Events & Non-Fiction, overseeing content across 32 channels and shaping some of India’s most-watched broadcast properties.
A graduate of Loyola College, Chennai (Visual Communication), Aldam’s work is guided by a simple but demanding philosophy:

Executive Producer | Filmmaker
Isaiah is a visual communicator and filmmaker driven by clarity, craft, and conviction. A key part of Big Idea Films since 2020, he has contributed across production, cinematography, and creative development on a wide range of global and domestic projects.
A graduate of Loyola College, Chennai (B.Sc. Visual Communication), Isaiah trained in Professional Cinematography at the Mindscreen Film Institute and completed a specialized Assistant Director internship at Global Villagers. His technical learning extends through certifications from the British Council, Shaw Academy, and Udemy, spanning film production, photography, screenwriting, and digital design.
With a deep understanding of the visual grammar of light, he treats every frame as a canvas for storytelling rather than just a technical capture. He is particularly focused on the disruptive visual language of modern digital platforms, creating content that commands attention in a saturated media landscape.
A natural leader, Isaiah has held high-impact roles including President of the Cultural Club and Editor-in-Chief of Cambuzz Magazine. Recognized early as "Student of the Year" and "Sports Captain" during his schooling, he brings a disciplined, team-oriented focus to every set he leads.
His work is guided by a simple belief: light is not just illumination it’s emotion captured in time.

Elijah is a filmmaker and Executive Producer at Big Idea Films, where he has been crafting stories since 2020.
His approach is defined by a rare mix of academic excellence and hands-on production grit, ensuring every project carries a global perspective rooted in authentic storytelling.
A University Gold Medalist and First Rank holder in Film Technology from SRM University, Elijah’s technical foundation is reinforced by specialized training from institutions including CalArts, the University of Colorado Boulder, and IIT Kharagpur. This diverse background has shaped a creative voice that is as disciplined as it is innovative.
His expertise spans the entire filmmaking ecosystem, direction, lighting, sound, editing, and color, refined through mentorship from industry titans like Dallas Jenkins and G. Venkat Ram. Recognized early in his journey as the "Outstanding Student of the Year" at Madras Christian College HSS (MCC), Elijah leads every project with a deep respect for the craft and a commitment to creative intent.
He operates on the belief that advertising is essentially an interruption, his job is ensuring that interruption is good.
